IMPACT Youth Workers Ministries began in 2018 with a simple yet powerful vision: to gather, equip, and encourage those serving in student ministry. What started as a Youth Workers Conference quickly became more than just an annual event that sparked a growing movement of leaders passionate about investing in the next generation. Through meaningful connections, practical training, and spiritual encouragement, the ministry created a space where youth workers could be refreshed and reminded that they are not alone in their calling.
Since its beginning, IMPACT Youth Workers Ministries has expanded into an ongoing source of support and inspiration for student-age ministry leaders. By offering resources, mentorship, and community, the ministry has helped many navigate the unique challenges of working with young people.
